Un semplice lettino da campeggio trasformato in divanetto outdoor
How to....secondo Martha:
Turn a camp cot into an elegant patio daybed. Throw pillows in coordinating colors provide a soft surface to lean against. Depending on your sewing skills, you may wish to enlist an upholsterer for this project.
We covered a 4-inch-thick foam cushion with striped fabric and trimmed the edges with piping. The cot slipcover is sewn from more of the same fabric; box pleats at the corners are tied with ribbon. To complete the look, we applied two coats of light-green exterior paint to the frame.

Oro & Shabby chic
Questo è uno scorcio del bagno di casa mia, la cornice l'abbiamo scovata in solaio ed era in pessime condizioni, siamo riusciti a salvarla. Così aggiustata e dorata in foglio oro, mi piace da morire, soprattutto l'effetto di contrasto con il marmo.
Altro angolo del bagno, anche questo mobiletto bianco è un recupero, rimasto per più di 30 anni in un angolo della bottega di mio papà è stato completamente aggiustato e dipinto, lasciando questo effetto "old" un pò shabby chic.

Il bagno è vecchio e va raso al suolo! Infatti ne cambieremo l'ubicazione, in modo da renderlo più grande e luminoso, magari qualcosa come questo....
